THE MAIN OFFICE receptionist will personally answer your calls with your company name and ask how she can assist the caller.  If the caller requests to speak to you, the call will be placed on hold and our computer will dial phone numbers according to how you set up your call schedule.  Once our receptionist reaches you, she will tell you who is calling and ask if you want to take the call. If you choose to speak to the caller, the call will be seamlessly transferred to you.  Or, if you do not want to take the call,  the receptionist will ask the caller if they would like to leave a voice message and will put the call through to your voicemail box.  With THE MAIN OFFICE, your caller does not need to know where you are, just that you are available for business.
